Indoor rockclimbing is an exciting and enjoyable sport which has been embraced internationally by both adults and children. Climbing improves aspects of physical fitness including co-ordination, balance, strength, flexibility, endurance as well as enhancing the development of concentration, problem solving, confidence and trust.

Rockclimbing can now be enjoyed in Sydney during any weather with MAASH Indoor Rockclimbing walls. MAASH's climbing facility involves 11 ropes, ranging from plain vertical to steep including 2 roof climbs. Various walls allow anyone from absolute beginners to the experts to test their abilities. Our facility is housed in a safe and cozy environment with slo-go pullies and padded floors. Standard prices for Rockclimbing are listed below:

• $20.00 for adults
• $16.00 for under 18s

MAASH Sports & Fitness provide children's Rockclimbing Birthday parties.  Details for Rockclimbing parties:

• A rockclimbing birthday party is designed for a minimum of 10 people.
• Each birthday party is for 2 ½ hours.
• A $30 deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Instruction and demonstration of harness and safety techniques is included in your party booking.
• A squash court is provided for 1 hour to be used for squash, racket ball or basketball.
• Kitchen facilities are available for heating of food.
• An instructor can be provided for constant supervision at $30 per hour.  The instructor must be booked at the time of the party booking.
