The MAASH Open is on again!

It will be a fun weekend for both players and spectators. All matches count towards the matrix ratings.

Australia's top players will be there, so why not join in too?

EVENTS:	Men's Open, State A, B, & C Grades Ladies Open, Ladies' A & Mixed Grades Men's & Ladies Plates
MATCH TIMES AVAILABLE:	Match times available from 3pm Thursday, 28 October Some matches may be played on Friday, 29 October (if players are available).
ENTRY FEE:	$50 (includes tournament T-shirt)
ENTRIES CLOSE:	25 October 2011

• Complete credit card details or attach a cheque payable to MAASH Sports & Fitness, and post to MAASH Sports & Fitness, Trafalgar Place, Marsfield NSW 2122
• Payment can be made in person at MAASH Sports & Fitness.
• Phone (02) 9868 1200 to make payment by credit card.  Entry details can be given over the telephone.
• If you have received your entry form by email, return the completed entry form by email to admin@maash.com.au and pay $50 by 25/10/2011.  Do not forward credit card details by email.
