SquashSTRENGTH relies on evidence-based training methods, definitive goals, and comprehensive feedback in order to track an individual's progress over the course of 10 sessions. Every session will comprise 30 minutes court time and 30 minutes personal training, with individual assessment and feedback sheets that will be graphed to show progression after the 5th and 10th sessions.
