This class gives you strength and control while burning calories. | | BUTTS, ABS & THIGHS: | Low impact moves at high intensity followed by toning for Butts, Abdominal and Thigh area. | | CARDIO SCULPT: | A heart pumping, fat burning cardio plus a weighted workout to reshape and tone your muscles. | | CROSS TRAINER: | A combination of fitness, strength and toning exercises in one, suitable for all fitness levels. | | FAT BURNER: | This is a great class for those who want to burn fat and excess calories without the jumping. | | FLEX MUSCLE: | This great class puts resistance training (Barbells) to music. It focuses on toning the body and increasing strength. Ideal for changing the shape of your body. | | HIP HOP: | Stretch and strength building exercises combine to create a light body workout to warm up all your muscles. Following is a short hip hop routine influenced by performance from Usher,Janet,B2K and Justin Timberlake. No experience or previous training is needed, just a good attitude and a will to get fit and have fun!! | | PILATES: | Restores flexibility and joint mobility, improves posture and body awareness, and strengthens core stability.
