The cost of all aerobics classes is $10 per session, for both members and non-members.

| HIP HOP: | Stretch and strength building exercises combine to create a light body workout to warm up all your muscles. Following is a short hip hop routine influenced by performance from Usher,Janet,B2K and Justin Timberlake. No experience or previous training is needed, just a good attitude and a will to get fit and have fun!! |
