Class Descriptions
Class Description
BODY BLAST: A dynamic class combining Hi and Low impact aerobics and the optional use of light hand weights.
BOXERCISE: Martial arts fitness workout based on karate moves, with kicks, blocks and punches built into patterns and repetitions. This class gives you strength and control while burning calories.
BUTTS, ABS & THIGHS: Low impact moves at high intensity followed by toning for Butts, Abdominal and Thigh area.
CARDIO SCULPT: A heart pumping, fat burning cardio plus a weighted workout to reshape and tone your muscles.
CROSS TRAINER: A combination of fitness, strength and toning exercises in one, suitable for all fitness levels.
FAT BURNER: This is a great class for those who want to burn fat and excess calories without the jumping.
FLEX MUSCLE: This great class puts resistance training (Barbells) to music. It focuses on toning the body and increasing strength. Ideal for changing the shape of your body.
HIP HOP: Stretch and strength building exercises combine to create a light body workout to warm up all your muscles. Following is a short hip hop routine influenced by performance from Usher,Janet,B2K and Justin Timberlake. No experience or previous training is needed, just a good attitude and a will to get fit and have fun!!
PILATES: Restores flexibility and joint mobility, improves posture and body awareness, and strengthens core stability. Helps calm repetitive strain injury and reduces stress. For all levels of fitness.
YOGA: Hatha style, including a combination of deep stretching flexibility and strength work, through the use of physical posture, breathing and relaxation techniques. Your body will thank you.
